Terms & Conditions
- All cats must be currently vaccinated against Cat Flu and Feline enteritis.
- All cats must be treated for fleas and worms prior to boarding. If a cat is found to have fleas or worms treatment will be given and you will be charged accordingly on your return.
- In the event of your cat/cats becoming ill, your cat/cats will be taken to our local veterinary surgeon.
- All boarders are insured for veterinary treatment for conditions developing whilst boarding up to a cost of £1250. The owner will be liable for any cost above this figure or for costs incurred due to an existing condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission to any cat arriving in a condition which is considered to present a possible health risk to other boarders.
- Male cats over nine months old will only be admitted if they are neutered.
- Any cat left abandoned on the premises will be handed over to the RSPCA or other rescue centre.
- Cats are admitted at their owners risk, although every care and attention will be given and assured.
- Charges will apply to the day of arrival and collection.
- Cats collected before their departure date will still be charged for the full term of their booking.
- Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will be subject to the minimum charge.
